Note from Emma: Please don't be afraid of the word "upgrade" we try our best to keep the upgrades as cost effective as possible and you'd be surprised how little it actually costs to upgrade small things like tile, most times, the tile upgrades range from $250-$750, which, when placed against the cost of the entire project, is quite affordable. Don't be afraid to design the pool of your dreams, and we can show you similar the cost is to a basic pool. I am always happy to go over all options and costs and problem solve with you to stay within your budget.

Standard Pool Package

Concrete

3-6Ft Deep Pool

This is a basic depth for standard swimming pools, we can always customize the depth profile to your needs.

Paver Deck

We offer paver decks on our standard pool package.

Energy Efficient Pool Equipment

Our equipment starts with a variable speed pump that can save hundreds of dollars a year compared to outdated single speed pumps. We use large capacity filters to allow the water to circulate with as little restrictions as possible. We will install the BEST equipment for your pool, not the minimum equipment.

Steps, Bench and Swim Outs

We install one swim out step in your deep end which replaces the outdated ladders.

We install one bench in shallow end extending from stairs if you would like.

ColorLogic LED Light

We include 2 white LED pool lights, but can add as many as you'd like to your custom package.

Robot Pool Cleaner

Automatic Pool Cleaner with Internal Filter included to make pool care a breeze.

Spa Upgrade

We start our spa builds at 6' x 6'.

This allows room for up to 6 adults. We include 7 spa jets for maximum relaxation. Also included is a Gas Heater, Propane or Natural, depending on your specific needs.

Pool Heater

If you'd like to extend your swim season, or wish to avoid using gas, we can add an electric heat pump, or a Florida favorite: heater/chiller for those warm summer months.

Screen Enclosure

These can be added to your project depending on your needs, we also offer pan roofing, panoramic screens, and other optional upgrades.

Color LED Lights

We will upgrade you to 2 Color LED Pool Lights and 1 Color spa light.

Upgraded Seating

We will upgrade you custom bench seating, a sun shelf, or both.

Pool Service

The first 30 days of chemical service can be provided, M-F x4 weeks. We also offer monthly service.
